Lead Qualification Specialist

The Lead Qualification Specialist is responsible for driving qualifying leads that build pipeline for franchised restaurant growth.  Position is responsible for pre-qualifying leads, prospecting, following up on all franchise opportunity inquiries, and supporting all franchise recruitment efforts of the department.  Professional communication, research, interviewing, marketing, and sales skills are utilized daily.    

▪ Qualify all incoming leads based upon lead qualification criteria and update inquiry status and interaction activity in franchise CRM (FranConnect) daily o Ensures franchise candidates meet or exceed company standards o Achieve or exceed goal for pre-qualified leads on a monthly basis

▪ Create and maintain various reports or data entry into FranConnect system on an ongoing basis  

▪ Support Franchise Candidate Day on a monthly basis: o Perform administrative functions and prepare conference rooms in support of the event

▪ Submit required reports, timesheet, and paperwork on a timely basis

▪ Perform other duties as assigned with or without accommodation as directed by Director of Franchise Recruitment 
Workday: 90% Qualifying Leads; 10% Administrative (Franchise Candidate Day prep, Donnelly, etc.)  

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills  

• Ability to maintain all job-related information in a Confidential and private manner

• Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a high energy environment

• Possess proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM system

• Minimal travel may be required (0 - 10% travel) 
Education & Experience  

• Associate and/or Bachelor degree preferred  

• 2 to 3 years of relevant lead qualification, sales & marketing, or telemarketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Previous restaurant, franchise, or call center experience is preferred
